Dave has invested his efforts in the graphic design, corporate printing and direct mail over the past 38 years.

In that time, technology has proceeded at an amazing pace. Throughout that period and with Dave's insight, the company has always been at the forefront of the curve.

Technology, combined with market intelligence allows Boyds to ensure that their customers benefit from one-to-one digital printing and clean professional corporate communications.

He has been happily married for 41 years to Joan "Auntie Jo", a retired Civil Engineer from the Army Corps of Engineers. He is the proud father of Christopher, a Continuous Improvement Champion for Microsoft Corporation.

David has served as the Vice President of Outdoor Program for the Boston Minuteman Council (now the Spirit of Adventure Council), President of Stoneham Rotary in 2012-2013 and is serving again in 2022-2023, served as District Governor of Rotary District 7930 in 2017-2018. His passions are youth development, leadership development, and addiction prevention.

Katie has been instrumental in Boyds Direct for over 20 years and establishes partnerships with our customers. Her knowledge and work ethic will bring you peace of mind as she works with you to see your job from quote to completion. She understands the needs of customers across many service industries, from non-profits and schools to corporate clients.

If you have questions about your project or your invoices, Katie is always there to assist you. If you have an idea about a project, she will help guide you and present the best ideas to meet your budget and timeline.

Outside of Boyds, Katie is a mom to three boys who have grown up playing a multitude of sports keeping their family very busy and traveling around the country. She is very active in her community, serving on the board of the Malden High School Athletic Booster Club, coaching recreational and high school gymnastics, and volunteering for different programs.

John has worked in the printing business for over 50 years. He started his career as an underage/unpaid pressman’s helper with his grandfather. He graduated from Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School in Billerica, MA. John has been with Boyds for over 20 years and has been instrumental in building the digital print side of the business. He is now managing the wide-format operation. With two large-format printers and a precision custom-cutting system, he produces banners, signage, boxes, and labels up to 5'x10.

In addition to printing, John also has an extensive knowledge of graphic design.

John is committed to making a difference in the world and spends one week a year helping people make their homes safer and more accessible.

Henry has dedicated his entire professional life to the direct mail industry. He has seen tremendous development in technology over the past 40 years, yet he always has focused on providing the highest level of service to his customers.

With management responsibility of the entire production process, including our folding, scoring, cutting, ink-jetting, inserting, and mail preparation functions, he is the team member that makes sure that your job is managed with the highest quality and is delivered on time.

Henry graduated from Everett Vocational High in 1978 and has been married for over 35 years. He loves spending time with family and friends and his hobbies include collecting sports memorabilia, playing golf, darts, and he is a competitive cornhole player!

Scott has been in the printing industry for over 45 Years. His experiences spans from Letterpress to Offset to Digital printing.

His hobbies include woodworking, playing guitar, and working in his vegetable garden. Scott has been married for 45 years, and he and his wife have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

Scott has seen the industry change and kept up with the new technology. His professional experience has allowed him to assist many customers in providing them with high-quality and on-time printing and marketing products and services.

Starting out in software and database development, Andy has been involved with IT for more than 37 years. He has wide experience in IT management and is responsible for our eCommerce and mailing list data projects.

Andy has been married for 35 years and has two adult daughters. He is a musician and songwriter and is building a recording studio in his home. Andy has been a Rotarian since 2008 and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Rockport, MA.
